Wheels & Brakes
I learned along time ago with my Pantera that if you're going to be going fast, you had better be able to stop even faster! After taking a high performance driving course at Sears Point Raceway, I realized how important braking was to overall performance and skill...

Even though the Viper has really good brakes, I decided to upgrade them with a Stop*Tech Big Brake System. This really helped a lot with the "you'd better get all of your braking done before the corner! " heckling I was getting at the course. This brake system allows the Viper to stop on a dime. There is quite an improvement, and I strongly recommend it to anyone who plans on any track time.

To Polish, Or Not To Polish...
One of the biggest decisions I had to make throughout the entire restoration was whether or not to have my wheels polished. I was really liking the whole "satin" theme, but so many people suggested that I have the wheels polished that I caved in. Boy, am I glad! It really makes a big difference. I elected to keep the stock wheels (because I like them so much), and the polish was just what they needed.

Finally, the whole basis of the "Viper Project" stemmed from one simple act of indulgence. Yes, it was the Valve Stem Cap from Viperware that kicked the entire project off and made it happen!
